Privacy Policy

Art Club is provided by our company which is called Indigo Earth Limited.  We are a very small company primarily concerned with creating art pieces and providing art related activities for groups.  Our class leader is DBS checked and has a number of years experience working with children. We take the privacy and security of the information you provide us very seriously.  This policy describes why we collect your information, how we use it and how we store it.

The information we collect is limited to the following (with you being the child’s parent or guardian):

• Your child’s name and class

• Your name, email address and/or phone number

This information is used to keep a record of those children that are participating in Art Club.  The contact details are used to exchange payment information for the club, to let you know details for future sessions and in case of an emergency during an Art Club session.  Your data will not be shared with any other companies or businesses for marketing purposes.

The information is stored in documents hosted and secured in Google’s G Suite of business applications.  All documents are encrypted during transmission to Google’s servers and at rest on the Google file system.  Only employees of Indigo Earth Limited have access to these documents.

Under GDPR you have the right to view, amend or delete any of the personal information we hold about you or your child. Please email any requests to data@indigoearth.com.
